e-Prescribe
With Indigo’s eSign capability, physicians can now electronically sign prescriptions utilizing finger biometrics or proximity cards. As a secondary form of authentication, a four digit PIN can be used, similar to the process people use to access their bank accounts at an ATM. Indigo, unlike other solution providers who use passwords as a secondary form of authentication, uses PIN’s which are much easier for the user to remember and implement. Indigo’s exclusive solution design stores, manages, and changes passwords automatically.

Indigo Server - Tiered Virtual Directory (TVD)
Indigo Identityware’s Tiered Virtual Directory (TVD) contains patent pending distributed caching system which is unique to the Identity & Access Management Industry. TVD provides speed, redundancy and functionality while facilitating Indigo’s unique indexing and Exact-Match™ biometric credential identification and distribution facility. TVD comes as a standard component of Identityware and includes a Local Cache (on every Identityware deployed thick client or every virtual desktop in a virtual environment), a Network Cache(s) (as many as desired) and an Enterprise Cache.
Card + PIN
Indigo Identityware’s solution for strong authentication varies from card plus a personal identification number (PIN) to next generation finger biometrics and everything in between. Indigo’s proprietary design allows seamless integration regardless of the strong authentication device or single sign-on system.
